Decorating Pumpkins

Rhett has been anxious to paint his pumpkin. We gave him the option of carving or painting...and he chose painting. He was so happy and excited to paint it. Tate wasn't too sure about it, so dad helped him. He just wanted to put his fingers in the paint. I love this time of year and am getting excited to do things with the kids. They are both getting bigger every day. Tate is walking all over the place and getting into more and more things that he shouldn't. Rhett is getting more and more protective of his stuff and there isn't a day that goes by that I don't hear him say "Mom! come grab Tate" They are starting to play together pretty good. They both like tractors and cars....hopefully they continue to like playing with each other!

We let Tyler paint a pumpkin a few years ago and I was sold. It is so much easier than trying to carve it with them. His pumpkin looks quite festive!

Rhett looks pretty proud of his pumpkin with his big smile, so cute! I can't believe Tate is already walking, seriously, where is the time going?

I can't believe Tate is walking either. Time flies! I need a good excuse to come visit you again. Do you need a 3rd visiting teacher:)

By the way, I love that picture of your family at the top! You look beautiful, Lisa!

Wow, they are both getting so big! How does that happen so quickly?

How fun. I also love this time of year. I already ordered Parker a trick or treating bag, even though he wont use it this year obviously. I am sure we will carve pumpkins with him too...just don't want him to miss out on anything! LOL!!
